Is an attorney licensed in California since 2018 and Washington State since 1995. Craig was also licensed as a foreign legal advisor in Saxony (Germany) from 2010-2016. His practice focuses on complex estate and tax planning using family limited partnerships; a variety of irrevocable trusts, such as Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts, Life Insurance Trusts, Charitable Trusts (CRATs & CRUTs) and Private Foundations. Craig, with his unique experience, also crafts comprehensive estate plans that address international estates & tax planning. Craig is also well versed in trust and estate litigation, probate, conservatorships, guardianships, and trust administration. Craig practices estate planning, trust and probate law, will contests, trust contests, executor and trustee removal, conservatorships, establishing heir and beneficiary rights, and conservator, executor and trustee accountings. Craig received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon (1991); his law degree from Seattle University cum laude (1995); and his Masters in Taxation degree from the University of Washington (1997).
