David is an attorney with over 30 years of experience, certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. He is member of the California State University, Channel Islands, Advisory Council (2007-2010); a member of the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law section of the Ventura County Bar Association (1998 to present); a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association (2006 to present); a member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Pet Park (1999 to 2005); a member of the Board of Directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties Chapter (2001-2004); and the Ventura County Bar delegate to the State Bar (2006 – 2010). Mr. Esquibias is a frequent lecturer at the United States Naval Base, Ventura County, on the subjects of estate planning, federal estate and gift taxation, and Medi-Cal planning. David received his Bachelor of Art's degree, from the University of California at Irvine (1987); law degree, from Vermont Law School (1991); and Masters in Taxation degree, from Villanova University School of Law, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1992). David practices Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, focusing on Trust and Estate Litigation; will contests; trust contests; executor and trustee removal; executor and trustee defense; protection of heir and beneficiary rights; and conservator, executor, and trustee forensic accountings.
