Ruth is an experienced family law attorney, handling issues related to pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, uncontested separation and divorce proceedings, family business transactions, and real and personal property division disputes. Ruth also practices estate planning, trust and probate law, conservatorships, and guardianships. Ms. Morrow also handles incorporating a business or creating a limited liability company. Ms. Morrow has over 45 years experience as an attorney and is well regarded in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Ms. Morrow has been invited by the Ventura Superior Courts to serve as Judge Pro Tem in its family law courts and probate court. Ruth is very active in the local community, having served on the Board of Directors of Hospice of Conejo (1988 to 1993; Secretary, 1991-1993), Board of Directors of East County Bar Association (1994 to 1996; President, 1995), Board of Directors of Education Television of the Conejo (1996 to 1998), and the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law section of the Ventura County Bar Association (2004 to 2022). Ruth received her undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University (1974) and her law degree from the Hastings College of the Law (1977), now known as UC College of the Law, San Francisco
